A group of newly graduated friends head to a remote cabin to celebrate their last free summer before real life begins. What starts as fireworks and bonfires curdles into a bloodbath when they draw the attention of a masked killer known only as the Cowboy Patriot — a nationalist zealot who dresses the American dream in leather, gunpowder, and old glory.
He doesn't just want them dead. He wants to teach them a lesson about freedom — and he intends to make every one of them pay for taking it for granted.
One by one, the friends are hunted through cabin, barn, and backwoods highway in a deadly game of survival. The survivors must out-think a killer who quotes the founding fathers between kills — before the sun rises on a 5th of July none of them will live to remember.
The Villain
"Sit down. Shut up. Let me tell you about freedom."
Once a nobody, now a nightmare stitched from old flags and older grievances. The Cowboy Patriot wears a cracked porcelain mask painted like a folk-art founding father, a duster cut from surplus canvas, and spurs that jingle a half-second before the screaming starts.
He doesn't hunt for hunger. He hunts to educate — reciting fireworks-stand patriotism between gunshots and hatchet swings, convinced every kill is a lesson the ungrateful youth of America deserve. Underestimate his drawl. It's the last mistake most of them make.

Carefree, reckless, and always a beat behind. His habits make him an easy mark once the mask comes out of the dark.
The Outsider
Overlooked by the popular crowd, but resourceful and brave when it counts most — maybe the only one built to make it out.
The Conspiracist
A socially awkward outcast with extreme beliefs and an old grudge against the popular kids. Possibly the killer. Possibly worse.
